Nothing is neutral. Every decision we make and every action we take moves us closer to success or failure.

Conscious Leadership

Life starts and takes off from the deeper level of whom you might be.

Most of us reflect over this master voice to seldom and it is here in life that this voice can make a difference to you and the people in your life. Life and work is full of choices and situations that lead you to a place of recognition or to acts of inspiration. It is the repetitive pattern that supports the comfort zone & the habit in you and me that we lean against from time to time.

Numerous people in the history of ancient civilizations knew how to listen to, and how to nourish that part of the human being recognized as the soul or the self. In fact “Hu” means light & “man” means mind. Human means being and It refers to the being of spirit. Your soul is the closest link to spirit and the bridge is the heart centre.

The interesting thing is that the immune system is linked to the self, the middle of the chest and the gland who acts like a protection against dis-ease is the thymus gland who produces t-cells that fights against intrusive energies bacteria etc.

It is when you are out of touch with who you are or when you practice self attack mentally and emotionally that the separation of the self triggers an auto response inside. The weakened state of self-awareness leads to a weakened immune system and you get a cold, fever etc.

Your body and mind needs some time for re-connection & to be. In business it often deals with creating that re-connection with the human qualities and personal/ professional growth to bring in the right motivation and harmony again.

Long-term separation of the self seems to build up mass inside of the body and this is to powerful for the immune system to fight off since the battle is ongoing and on everyday basis. The longer this fight goes on the more it may manifest as ” chronic states of symptoms for the individual. Now why is this so important?

The same law runs the inside of the small and big companies as well as the inside individual.

In the business world you notice it in terms of a dis-harmony, problem thinking vs. opportunity and goals with focus. It shows up as high leave of staff, leaders & team managers who can’t create harmony with in the teams or employees.

CEO’S who have a difficulty with the human values when dealing with top managers and team members etc the list goes on and on.

It is common that the focus lies within the negative rather than to focus on the positive, the same principles that works for or against you in life. When you know who you are and what you want, you act with clarity.

When you are being who you are with out any need to pretend/ fit in or play out something that you are not being. When you chose that there isn’t any need to be hiding behind different masks etc, then you are most likely being and demonstrating conscious and authentic leadership to yourself and others.

Conscious leaders are being true to their values and the values that they represent. Just like a rock that stands firm on the ground and can meet any weather change without any need to change its character and at the same time show the way for others.

Authentic leadership comes from the source of I am being who I am and that informs what I do. This is bigger than what the ego self and the mind recognize. What you do serves the choice that you have made, from which state of being you choose to be in. For example:

If you get angry that’s a choice, but it is not who you are. It is something you chose to be and that informs what you chose to do – react with anger either through an internal or external behaviour.

The sensory system observes & collects data and informs your consciousness. And it is from here you make a decision to be or to react, hold back or act according to the state you have chosen to be in. The senses gather information from the intuition and the soul who then informs the mind.

If the path have been clear and you have listened to that subtle voice you act in harmony with the information perceived. If you have missed out of or not trusted the intuition, the logical mind takes over and figures out a way that makes sense and leads you through the long route of trying and error or relates to the last similar memory in the past.

The law of cause and effect comes in to play. Values may be neglected and stress occurs inside as well as being attracted outside of your self.

To be Authentic is to be and live in truth & harmony with your values, the values are informed by your identity & which is linked to the voice of the soul and the connection to spirit in which we all are connected.

If (at all) or when you act against your values you start a chain reaction with ripple effects inside of you that you are (being) projecting out from you and that will come back to you from your surrounding like mirrors. The law of projection.

A Conscious and authentic leader creates strong core values that acts like invisible guide lines for others to follow which they recognize their identity in and can be in peace with. To be conscious is to be present and available for the choices and its effects before a decision is made.
