Historically we found business owners willing to submit to an extensive interview and then we wrote their story. We still do that of course but with the new blog we have found that we are able to publish many more stories (contributed by others) that we have time to do ourselves.

With long distance charges ranging from $3 to $4 an hour and a voicemail system in place for when we can't answer the call - maybe you should just pick up the phone and call. Sometimes the 'old' way is the most efficient way to communicate.
